Titanbet was first founded in 2009 and hit the ground running in regards to the UK race scene with sponsorships at racecourses from Lingfield to Dundalk, York and more.
Titanbet is Playtech’s sportsbook, this is a company which listed on the London Stock Exchange meaning reliability should be ensured.
As a UK facing online only operator Titanbet has also involved itself in football based sponsorships. It sponsors the West Stand at Sheffield Wednesday’s famous Hillsborough stadium as part of a wider partnership with the club.
John Barnes, the former footballing star turned rapper, signed an agreement to become an ambassador for Titanbet. Another deal in the form of a partnership with talkSPORT was also agreed in 2014.
Titanbet runs channels on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The Twitter doesn’t have the greatest of followings with just over 7,000 followers. The Facebook page is a little more popular in that it has over 14,000 likes. There’s a Titanbet blog and Magazine which offer betting advice, sports news and the like, including videos from ambassador Barnes.

Outside of sports Titanbet offers entertainment markets including novelty and ever changing televsion options. It also offers some politics markets but these aren’t too broad and you’re better off elsewhere such as with Ladbrokes for politics.
Titanbet does not offer esports but it does have Virtual Sports.
In-play betting
Titanbet offers live in-play betting. You are able to select your Favourite Events and there are a number of different view types to choose from.
You can search live events specifically and whilst there’s no live streaming, you can cash out your bets with Titan.
Usability of the site
The Titanbet app has exclusive mobile first bet offer making it worth a download. The site itself is pretty good though load times are not always too speedy with a number of graphics. There is a live chat function included and easy to find which helps a great deal and the blog is done better than many other competitors’ attempts. They have three sections for Betting Tips, Magazine and Blog and it seems that these could all be branded together as one. The content is original and generally interesting.
Customer support, in addition to live chat, is also available via email (support.sport@titanbet.co.uk) and over the phone too. There’s a helpful FAQs section too to back this up.
Conclusion
Titanbet is very big on UK and Irish horse racing as documented by its sponsorships. It also has good football markets, and a great app which has a bonus first mobile bet offer. The partnership with Sheffield Wednesday appears to indicate they’re in it for the long haul.
In general it’s a decent sportsbook but needs to add certain features and increase its sports coverage to truly contend.
